Our specialty is “build-to-suit”, custom home construction.  We also do traditional bid-build.  From the beginning of the design-build process we are straightforward and forthright, and we build trust with our clients.  We keep them informed and involved to whatever degree they wish, from day-to-day decision making, to simply submitting regular progress pictures, budgets and schedules.  It is entirely up to them.   In the end, the success will be determined by the client, and will be gauged on the process and the pride and ownership they feel with their new dream home.
