This 5,000 sf, (4) bedroom, (5) bathroom project was a full remodel of a classic art deco designed kitchen. The cabinets were constructed to match the original kitchen layout. The design called for the use of Olive Burlwood veneers that were book matched to give a symmetrical appearance. The countertops and backsplash were fabricated from 1-1/4” Green Empress marble. The house was also wired for a custom sound and audio system. The front and backyard landscaping was updated with new lighting and irrigation systems that included installing photocells and transformers to enable remote control access from smart devices.
