This 1,600 sf, (2) bedroom, (2) bath, mid-century home remodel and addition included a complete interior demolition “down to the studs”. The existing roof was removed and the footprint was extended to accommodate 200 additional square feet. The old roof line was extended to achieve cathedral ceilings. The house received new electrical wiring with a sub panel, new copper supply and abs waste lines and new HVAC ducting and registers. Custom Kitchen cabinets and vanities were installed along with Santos Mahogany flooring, soapstone countertops and a new master bathroom with a walk in shower. Built in appliances were part of the custom design. The house was wired to support dedicated internet connections in each room along with audio and video capabilities. New windows and doors were installed throughout along with a new ducting for a 60″ range hood.

Project Cost: $200,001 – $500,000
